COLD WIDTH-WISE JOINING
PRESS - TYPE DEP
This press is used for cold thickness-wise
joining of wood elements profiles, window cladding, plates
as well as all other sorts of lamellating within the range
press machine technical characteristics. The press is fully
operated by hydraulics. The pressing is done by hydraulic
cylinders of O80 and stroke of 200 mm with the max. power of
9 tones per cylinder. The total number of clamping spots at
the press machine is 6-14. They could be adjusted vertically.
Hydraulic device for lateral leveling and holding during
pressing operation are built-in at every third clamp spot
and divided into two adjustable clamps. The press is
equipped with oil aggregate of 25 l/min.

massive construction enables its operational stability, and

BOARD GLUE APPLICATOR
|
| Glue applicator is used
for fast and uniform glue application onto the board
being fixed at the thickness-wise gluing press. Its
construction design allows its easy moving back and
forth in the production plant and placing it into the
optimum working position. Its robust construction and
quality components ensure long-lasting exploitation.
The slate transporter the rotation speed of which is
adjusted to the rotation speed of rubber glue
application roll makes it possible that the film of
the applied glue remains undamaged.
